Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO, seeks a Program, Relations, Engagement & Planning professional to support the FBM program and ensure a flawless employee experience across sites. You will help instill FBM culture through morale initiatives and mission alignment, coordinating calendars, meetings, and visits.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to plan large events, and collaboration with senior leaders. A Secret clearance is needed and US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Program Management, Communications, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• You will support the FBM Program by providing for a flawless FBM experience to new and existing FBM employees.
• You will be essential to instilling FBM culture across sites through morale opportunities, development and mission connection.
• You will create and update business rhythm calendars and meeting notices, create organized folders in Livelink, and assist with chart-review wall walks.
• You will make arrangements for meetings encompassing all meeting logistics both locally and at remote locations.
• You will handle & coordinate precise/seamless customer and other high level visits/tours.
• You may prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as needed.
