Job summary

BluePearl is offering an EmERge Program for veterinary graduates to train as emergency veterinarians. The year-long program provides bootcamp, specialty rotations, ER shifts, and ongoing mentorship designed to build confidence and clinical proficiency in emergency medicine.

Participants progress through three phases with mentoring, didactics, and increasing responsibility, culminating in independent case management and leadership development. A one-year post-training commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) NAVLE.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured one-year EmERge Program with bootcamp, rotations, and ER shifts.
• Engage in mentoring, didactics, and weekly webinars to advance emergency veterinary skills.
• Transition to independent case management with supervision and collaboration during Phase 3.
