BluePearl's EmERge Program offers immersive emergency veterinary training to develop confident, proficient veterinarians capable of delivering life-saving care in crisis situations. From day one, you join a team with hands-on labs, lectures, mentoring, and real-world experience through a structured one-year track.

It divides into 14 weeks of boot camp, 20 weeks of mentored training, and 18 weeks of experiential learning, followed by a two-year commitment across BluePearl hospitals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.
