Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital invites you to join the EmERge Program, an immersive one‑year training path in emergency veterinary medicine. From day one, you will gain hands‑on experience, lectures, and personalized mentorship to build confidence and proficiency in life‑saving pet care.

The program accommodates new graduates and seasoned professionals alike, with a structured three‑phase format and a guaranteed pathway to a veterinary career in emergency medicine. A one‑year commitment follows training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) NAVLE.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 14 weeks boot camp and initial training with virtual and in-person components.
• 20 weeks of hands‑on, immersive training guided by an experienced clinician mentor.
• 18 weeks of experiential training with continued mentoring.
• One‑year work commitment after training, totaling two years.

Education

Graduate of an accredited veterinary school

Passed NAVLE

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
