Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital invites motivated veterinarians to join the EmERge Program, a one-year immersive training track designed to accelerate you into emergency veterinary medicine. You will undergo boot camps, multi-week hands-on rotations, and mentor-guided experiences across emergency and critical care settings.

The program starts with virtual and in-person sessions, followed by primary-hospital rotations, and culminates in a comprehensive experiential phase with ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school is required.
• Passed (or pending) NAVLE is required.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on labs and ER case scenarios during rotations.
• Engage in immersive training and mentorship with experienced clinicians.
• Complete the 1-year EmERge program with commitment to a second-year experiential phase.

Education
