Job summary

BluePearl offers an EmERge Program for immersive emergency veterinary training, aimed at creating skilled, confident emergency veterinarians. You’ll join from day one with hands-on labs, mentoring, and real-world experience through a one-year program and a subsequent two-year commitment.

The program welcomes new graduates and seasoned professionals alike, with a structured training path across boot camp, immersive mentoring, and experiential weeks, followed by a two-year work commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited veterinary school.
• Passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of interest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training and real-world experience in emergency veterinary medicine.
• Mentor participants through clinical cases and practical skills.
• Support the 14/20/18 week training structure and track progress.

Education
