FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in a hands-on retail environment. The role targets individuals with at least six months of Store Management experience who can lead teams, drive sales, and uphold customer service excellence.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to develop staff, maximize profitability, and manage daily store operations while earning hourly pay plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months Store Management experience.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and resolving issues.
• Monitor and assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, manage cash and assets following procedures.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
