FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in the Peoria area. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, and help drive sales and customer service.

The role requires at least six months of store management experience, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Base pay is hourly ($18.50–$23.00) with commission and performance bonuses; Earned Wage Access and benefits available.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
