Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible schedule: Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive retail or analyzing company financials (P&L) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and live The Pledge to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Provide clear, effective communication with employees and customers.
• Learn to manage and reconcile monthly P&L statements for profitability.
• Support store operations with structured training and processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training of team members.
• Lead customer service activities and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and learn key store operations.
