The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position. With a focus on leadership training, customer service excellence, and operational expertise, you’ll receive hands‑t active assignments and structured learning opportunities. Within 8-12 weeks, you could progress into management—depending on your prior experience and performance.
