Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in Las Vegas to fast-track your path to store management. You’ll work under a Store Manager or District Manager, gaining hands-on experience in daily store operations, sales, and leadership.

As part of the SMIT program, you will learn to lead, coach, and support your team, while upholding GNC's Live Well philosophy and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Oversee daily store operations alongside a Store Manager or District Manager, including performance and product management.
• Represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the Live Well message.
• Engage with leadership in training initiatives, projects, and goals to support promotion.
• Contribute to the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements and current sales initiatives.
• Drive for results and develop and lead a high-performing team.
