GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) for a structured, development-focused program designed to prepare you to manage your own store. Under supervision, you will learn to operate a store, drive for results, and build a strong team.

You will gain hands-on experience with daily operations, sales leadership, and performance management as you progress toward a Store Manager role, while aligning with GNC's Live Well philosophy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Open, close, and operate the retail facility following procedures.
• Engage in community events to represent the organization.
