Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in the United States to develop the skills needed to manage a GNC store. The program combines hands-on store leadership with structured training under supervision, aimed at preparing you to lead a store and drive growth.

As a SMIT, you will learn store operations, customer engagement, merchandising, and team development while supporting senior management and advancing toward a Store Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and manage cash handling in compliance with procedures.
• Promote the GNC Live Well message and customer engagement strategies.
• Support training initiatives and work toward promotion from SMIT to Store Manager.
