Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT), a development-focused program designed to prepare individuals to run their own store. Under supervision, you will gain hands-on management experience, lead a team, and drive results while upholding GNC's values and the Live Well brand.

You will learn to manage daily operations, customer engagement, visual standards, and sales objectives, with promotion built on performance and business needs across designated markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SMIT to learn and lead, coach, and support your team in delivering exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations with a focus on performance, product management, and customer experience.
• Lead in alignment with GNC values and policies while promoting the Live Well message.
• Engage with leaders on training initiatives, projects, and goals toward promotion.
• Support the total shopping experience including visual elements, sales initiatives, and MYGNC Rewards.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility with cash handling and deposits per procedures.
