Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in the United States for a full-time, in-store role. This fast-track program will teach you how to operate a GNC store, drive for results, and develop a high-performing team under Store/District Manager leadership.

You will learn to lead, coach, and support your team, while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Live Well brand to shoppers in the store’s market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the store team to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations and performance with path to promotion to Store Manager.
• Represent the GNC brand and promote the Live Well message to customers.
• Engage in training initiatives and work toward promotion from SMIT to Store Manager.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and store deposits per GNC procedures.
• Attend community events to promote GNC's mission.
