Job summary

GNC in Kahului, HI seeks a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop leadership and store management skills. The role focuses on coaching a team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the Live Well philosophy.

Multiple responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and participation in community events. Eligible for medical/dental/vision, 401K, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• SMIT program to prepare you to manage your own store.
• Ability to lead, coach and support a team to provide exceptional service.
• Willingness to work five days / forty hours a week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with a leadership role.
• Drive results, manage product and customer relations, and promote the Live Well message.
• Open/close, cash handling, inventory counts and deposits per procedures.
• Engage with community events to promote the organization's mission.
• Lead and develop the store team to achieve personal sales and productivity goals.
