Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school education required.
• Over 1 year up to 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to perform financial analysis and attain expected store sales, profits, and margins.
• Assist in protecting company assets by handling deposits and inventory control; report discrepancies.
• After training, perform duties of a Store Manager and maintain safety practices.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow designated safety practices.
• Interact with vendors, place displays and promotions, and build working relationships.
• Meet customer needs with superior service and follow up on requests or complaints.
• Adhere to policies and develop employees within the store.
