Dirt Cheap is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to learn under a C-Store management team and guide a single unit toward efficient, profitable operation. You will assist in daily store activities, develop employees, and uphold top customer service standards.

The role requires a strong work ethic, flexibility for a 50-hour week, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Training focuses on leadership and operational mastery.

Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to High school.
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail.
• Language: English literacy required.
• Schedule: Able to work 45+ hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical: Able to perform store duties and stand/walk.

Responsabilités

• Direct the shift to ensure maximum productivity of every staff member, including self
• Protect company assets at all times by following asset control policies
• Understand sales per labor hour and observe shift operating hours at all times.
• Work an irregular schedule, including evenings and weekends; Assist in covering shifts with sometimes with short notice
• Complete deposit and paperwork in timely manner
• Understand how to perform financial analysis and attain expected store sales, profits, and margins.
• Following completion of all training, should be able to perform all duties of an Assistant Manager.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow designated safety practices.
