Wallis Companies is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager for a single-unit C-Store in Missouri. The role supports the Manager and develops employees while delivering top customer service and operating a profitable store.

Responsibilities cover directing shifts, managing schedules, handling deposits, and learning financial metrics to drive sales, margins, and performance. This is a full-time, 50-hour-week position with weekly pay.

Formación

• Education: Equivalent to High school.
• Retail experience: Over 1 year up to 3 years.
• English language ability for effective communication.
• Ability to work irregular schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the shift to maximize productivity.
• Protect company assets via asset control policies.
• Understand sales per labor hour and adjust schedules.
• Complete deposits and paperwork promptly.
• Perform duties of an Assistant Manager after training.
