Job summary

As part of the trainee program you will gain hands-on experience in financials, inventory control, safety, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to High school
• Experience: Over 1 year up to and including 3 years retail experience
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to work an irregular schedule, including 40+ hours per week and some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in achieving store sales, profits and margins.
• Assist in protecting assets by timely bank deposits and proper inventory controls.
• Maintain regular attendance and safety practices.
• Conduct safety meetings and follow safety policies.
• Support in training and developing store employees.
