Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate review in the applicant tracking system and schedule interviews.
• Onboard new hires and facilitate integration into roles.
• Support scheduling and timekeeping to align with business needs.
• Oversee store operations, performance, and loss prevention.
