Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, sales, or collections experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Ask follow-up questions and overcome objections during conversations.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay motivated and take feedback through training and coaching.
