Job summary

You will work with a high-energy team, enjoying flexible schedules, associate incentives, and nationwide advancement opportunities. The role is hourly with a starting pay of at least $52,000 per year, plus weekend differential and a defined six-to-nine-month training path for raises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• DOT-regulated driving requires a driver qualification file, MVR check, DOT Physical, and FMCSA Clearinghouse considerations.
• Willingness to travel within the district as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
• Manage our large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
