CITY Home is seeking a Sales Manager In Training to develop a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and participate in daily showroom management in the Doral location. You will represent a family-spirited team, deliver world-class service, and learn to close sales with customers while building relationships and learning inventory systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and readiness for long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a defined compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related environment experience recommended.
• Experience in a showroom or retail sales environment preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of sales management by following the sales cycle and daily management activities.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to showroom management.
• Lead guest interactions, manage accounts, and close sales with world-class service.
