You will contribute to guest service, account management, and ongoing product knowledge to prepare for the Showroom Manager role. The role offers a commission-driven structure with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and related environment experience recommended.
• Experience in a sales or showroom setting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of MS Office and showroom management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service (Face to Face) and sales cycle with World Class Service.
• Customer Account Management including post-sale follow-up.
• Professional Development through certifications and LMS trainings.
• Personal Business Development and lead generation outside store.
• Visual Merchandising and sales administrative duties.
• Team Involvement to align with store goals.
