Job summary

CITY Home is seeking a Sales Manager In Training to learn all facets of showroom sales management, from guest service to inventory and merchandising. You will work under the Showroom Manager and participate in the sales cycle, while developing the leadership and process-improvement skills needed to advance.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 42.5 hours weekly including nights and weekends, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; related experience recommended.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AS400.
• Experience in a sales/retail environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: greet guests, present products, close orders, and assist with questions.
• Customer Account Management: monitor sales, resolve issues, follow up after sale.
• Professional Development: complete training, learn systems (AS400, LMS).
• Team and showroom duties: open/close, merchandising, inventory prep.
