CITY Home is hiring a Sales Manager In Training to develop sales leadership skills and manage guest interactions in showrooms across Florida. You will participate in the full sales cycle with a focus on customer service and long-term relationship building.

The role emphasizes professional development, learning inventory systems, and progression toward showroom management, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
• Experience in a related environment recommended.
• Work schedule includes 42.5 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged standing and light lifting when presenting products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AS400/ASAP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of sales management and participate in daily showroom duties.
• Manage guest interactions and guide the sales cycle with World Class Service.
• Maintain customer relationships and perform post-sale follow-up and retention strategies.
• Pursue professional development and complete training via LMS and ILT sessions.
• Open/close store operations and maintain merchandising, inventory, and reporting.
