Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and are eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Relocation and up to 15% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data; demonstrate ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to relocate within the organization; travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Three, 12-month rotations across key supply chain functions: Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Customer Logistics/Distribution or Procurement.
• Exposure to SAP, LEAN/Operational Excellence and related tools.
• Develop leadership capabilities and readiness for future Supply Chain leadership.
