Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 18 years of age (WA 21).
• Minimum 1 year retail management experience and supervisory ability.
• Cash handling experience and ability to manage store assets.
• Willingness to become certified to work with firearms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, coaching and developing staff.
• Recruit and retain talent; oversee team performance and training.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans/transactions, inventory control, and store layout.
• Promote customer acquisition using internal marketing tools.
