Job summary

Mission Linen Supply invites you to apply for its Production Manager Trainee program designed to fast-track high-potential individuals into management roles across its California and Arizona facilities. This is not typical entry-level work; you will learn our industry, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Over nine months you will be trained by senior operations leaders in Lean Six Sigma, production workflows, and plant equipment, with the goal of moving into a Production Manager role

Qualifications

• Requires four-year college degree (preferred).
• Willingness to relocate during or after training to manage your own team within the first 3 years of the program.
• Strong business and customer orientation.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Train with senior operations leaders to lead your own production facility.
• Learn production workflow and Lean Six Sigma techniques.
• Learn boilers, hydraulics, and plant equipment.
• Learn production scoring, inventory control, quality initiatives, and cost control.
