84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee in a full-time, entry-level role designed to lead you into a management position. You will receive hands-on training across all aspects of store operations and have opportunities for promotion based on performance and availability within the first 6–12 months.

No prior experience is required; just dedication to learn and grow. You will participate in sales, customer service, inventory control, and other essential operations as you advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included) is expected.
• Entry-level program with promotion potential within 6–12 months, based on performance.

Responsabilités

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems management.
• Microsoft Office Suite usage for daily tasks and reporting.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists for estimates.
• Responding to inquiries or complaints from customers.
