Job summary

CHC Unified, one of the largest Jimmy John’s franchisees, is hiring for Manager in Training (MIT). This fast-track program leads to an Assistant Manager role in as little as 60 days, with no prior management experience required.

As an MIT, you’ll gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, and learn profitability metrics. Training is 40+ hours per week with overtime eligibility, and health insurance and PTO are available after promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Learn restaurant operations and lead shifts as MIT.
• Coach team members and uphold cleanliness and efficiency.
• Understand store profitability metrics and daily procedures.
