CHC Unified, a major Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking candidates for a Manager in Training (MIT) program across 25+ locations. This fast-track path prepares you to lead shifts, learn profitability metrics, and advance to PIC with integrity and strong customer service.

The program requires no prior management experience, with a training period of 40+ hours per week and overtime eligibility, followed by potential advancement to Assistant Manager with a $35,000–$45,000+ annual salary plus

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; strong organizational skills; ability to give and receive feedback.
