Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% memorization of the menu and makeline; oversee bread baking.
• Manage shift labor; train staff on proper procedures and dress code.
• Flawlessly execute Compliance Metrix procedures; log temperature checks every 3 hours.
• Drive a welcoming guest experience; resolve customer concerns and ensure accurate orders.
• Oversee opening/closing checklists, cash handling, inventory, and truck orders.
• Lead by example in pace, precision, and professionalism across store and drivers.
