Crew Carwash in McCordsville, IN is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while delivering top-tier customer service. You will foster a safety-first culture, coach teammates, and oversee daily front-line operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience in the service industry, and be able to work 5 days a week across opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
