Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indiana. The role emphasizes safety, exceptional service, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You will learn to load customers, maintain quality standards, and participate in maintenance while developing others.

The position offers a salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus incentive pay, with daily pay options and strong growth opportunities through tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
• Comfortable working near/moving mechanical parts
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Operate and utilize electronic devices
• Willing to work in various weather conditions
