Crew Carwash is hiring for a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indiana. You will begin a focused leadership path, learn safety-first operations, and prepare to lead teams delivering exceptional carwash service.

The role emphasizes coaching, developing others, and driving operational excellence across opening, mid, and closing shifts. A strong growth mindset aligns with our customer-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump.
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment.
