Crew Carwash is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indianapolis. You will lead safety-first operations, model exceptional service, and coach team members while maintaining quality across all customer interactions.

The role requires 18+ and either an Associate/Bachelor’s degree or management experience in the service industry, with shifts including opening, mid, and closing. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment and cover 5 days per week (opening, mid, closing).
