Job summary

Crew Carwash in Indiana is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop into a leadership role. You’ll model safety, deliver exceptional service, and help load customers while supporting daily operations.

This role offers paid training, incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO and holidays, health/dental/vision, tuition reimbursement, and strong potential for advancement within a people-first team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Be able to lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.
