Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Plainfield, IN to lead with safety and service excellence. You will model top-level customer care, train teams, and drive quality across all customer interactions.

This role requires 18+, a degree or management experience in service, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including openings and closings. Growth opportunities and competitive pay accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with a sense of urgency and handle physical tasks.
• Reach/twist/kneel/squat/run/jump as needed.
• Push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment.
• Comfort around moving mechanical parts.
• Climb ladders/scaffolds/platforms and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Operate and utilize electronic devices and endure weather exposure.
