Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Merrillville, IN to develop leadership and operational excellence. You will learn to lead a team, uphold safety standards, and drive exceptional customer service across shifts.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Be able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to operate electronic devices and work near moving machinery.
