Crew Carwash in Avon, Indiana is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop as a leader while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining safety as a core value. You will be trained thoroughly and welcomed into a growth-focused team.

The role requires working five days per week across opening, mid, and closing shifts, with 18+ eligibility, ability to stand long hours, and a commitment to exceptional service and teamwork.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work five days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
