Job summary

SRS Development is seeking high-potential candidates for its Management in Trainee program at West MIT. The 9-12 month, hands-on training covers warehouse operations, sales, safety, supply chain and HR, with a path to leadership roles.

Training occurs in two branches, with ~50% time in each location, and requires relocation within the United States. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess strong leadership, communication and teamwork, and have a Bachelor's degree or are within two semesters

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
Relocation within the United States for training and promotions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
2+ years of related work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, sales, safety, supply chain and HR.
Participate in mentorship and corporate development initiatives.
Relocate for training at two branches with near 50% time in each location.
Develop leadership skills to progress to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager.
