Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by program start.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a favorable performance rating.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with the established program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to pursue outside sales and grow market share.
• Develop product knowledge to provide effective customer recommendations.
