Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join the Fast Track Sales Program, an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commissions. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio to train with top brokers in the company.

Once you complete training and build a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred college degree, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
