Job summary

Five Star Subaru of Grapevine is seeking an enthusiastic Express Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers using express maintenance services. You will coordinate with express technicians to meet vehicle maintenance needs and explain maintenance options and costs clearly.

Ideal candidates have prior service-advisor or customer-service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and complete pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner upon arrival.
• Consult with customers on their vehicle’s express service needs (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.).
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance services and estimated costs.
• Keep customers informed on service progress and ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Work closely with express technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Ensure all services are completed to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Provide exceptional customer experience, addressing any concerns professionally.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and service follow-ups as needed.
