Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability for insureds and colleagues.
• Manage workflow and assist the team as needed.
• Determine exposure, establish reserves, and adjust as required.
• Determine settlement value and negotiate within authority.
• Conduct investigations to determine coverage and status.
• Takes recorded statements from 1st party claimants.
• Provide backup support to claim representatives handling calls.
• Demonstrate timely cycle time and quality work.
• Pursue subrogation when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with SOX-related controls where applicable.
