AIG is hiring a Fast Track Claims Adjuster for Auto Physical Damage in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving auto liability claims with diverse stakeholders including policyholders and repair facilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in insurance claims or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and must obtain property/casualty licenses within 6 months. Office-based role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance claims or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Property and casualty licenses required; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and resolve auto liability claims.
• Review coverage and liability and evaluate vehicle damages.
• Coordinate inspections with repair facilities and vendors.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim activity.
• Identify potential fraud indicators.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
