West Side Beer Distributing in Romulus, MI is hiring a Full-Time Order Picker (Hand Stacker) to support next-day delivery. You will select products with ride-on pallet jacks, scanners and headsets in a temperature-controlled warehouse, stacking items on pallets.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team. A high school diploma or GED is required, with safety training and growth opportunities in a supportive, non-exempt environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse or manual material handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders for next-day delivery.
• Operate stand-up ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Use scanners and headsets to follow pick paths and instructions.
• Navigate a temperature-controlled warehouse to locate and select products.
• Stack and organize products on pallets according to company standards.
• Follow FIFO rotation and all warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report any safety concerns.
• Support overall warehouse operations by completing all required training.
