Job summary

FastTrack Staffing in Michigan is seeking a warehouse order fulfillment associate to perform the day-to-day duties of picking, packing, labeling, rating, dunnage and shipping with accuracy and maximum productivity.

You will read orders, move products to the shipping station and ensure safety policies are followed while operating basic packing equipment. Join a team-focused environment with comprehensive health and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail and multitasking.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with management & co-workers.
• Computer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day order fulfillment functions including picking, labeling, packing, rating, dunnage/taping and shipping with accurate output at maximum productivity.
• Picking: read correct SKU, quantity and location from pick sheets/orders and pull product accordingly.
• Packing: select box size, pack product and move to rating station.
• Rating: verify boxes, scan orders, label and move to shipping station.
• Dunnage/Taping: fill boxes and seal for shipping.
• Shipping: verify boxes and scan labels for shipment and handle special shipping requests.
